Top Area Chefs Will Square off in Burger Battle at Boys and Girls Club
Six of Augusta’s top chefs will test their skills at the grill later this month in a heated competition to build success for local kids.
On Sept. 28, youth development program E.W. Hagler Boys and Girls Club will host the grill-off, which will raise funds for the organization locally.
Chefs from Cucina 503, Fat Man’s Mill Café, Finch & 5th, The Hive, Tastefully Yours and Village Deli will each be serving their own spin on a classic burger.
Tickets are $100 per couple and include unlimited burgers, Club tours and live music. There will also be an auction, which will include items such as a custom Textron Golf Car, autographed Emmitt Smith football helmet, and a Komado Joe Grill.
Tickets are available at www.bgccsra.org. Kids 12 & under are free.
