Workshop with Google to Help Put Augusta Businesses on the Map
Augusta business have a chance to get on the map – Google Maps, that is.
Google and theClubhou.se in Augusta are partnering to hold a free Google workshop on Wednesday, Dec. 9, 8-11 a.m. at theClubhou.se building, 540 Telfair St.
Mayor Hardie Davis, in an email, said small businesses are vital to Augusta’s economy.
“For your business to continue to prosper, you must have the right resources and tools to promote growth and increase awareness of your business,” he said in the email.
At the Let’s Put Augusta on the Map Workshop, business owners will learn to create and personalize their own website, domain name and list their businesses on Google Maps.
