Seafood Restaurant Opens in Aiken
A new seafood restaurant has opened in Aiken.
Off Da Chain Seafood & Mo, a venture that had been in the works for the restaurant’s owner Windell Davis for the last 12 years, officially launched with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Wednesday, the Aiken Standard reported.
The restaurant is located at 615 Laurens St. N.W.
Aiken Mayor Rick Osborn, Department of Public Safety Chief Charles Barranco and Greater Aiken Chamber of Commerce President and CEO J. David Jameson were all present at the ribbon-cutting ceremony, according to the report.
The restaurant serves shrimp, scallops, crab legs, pork chops and chicken wings, among other things.
Davis said the restaurant is characterized by “friendly people, good food and affordable prices.”
Off Da Chain is open from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Thursday, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Friday and 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Saturday.
