Augusta Gets First Surplus Warehouse
Surplus Warehouse, a home improvement store, is moving into the old Food Lion building on Wrightsboro Rd., next to Sherwin-Williams. It’s Augusta’s first Surplus Warehouse, and only the second in Georgia.
Surplus Warehouse sells building supplies for various customer bases and offers custom design, estimates for home improvement, and services and plans for carrying out building projects.
The new store, part of a chain that has dozens of locations throughout the south, will move into the building mid-September, but the store may not be open until a couple months later.
Surplus Warehouse offers free kitchen designs and free estimates for flooring projects, bathroom projects, and door and window projects.
