Auction #1 Adventure Crossing
This Saturday at 10 a.m. the Sunset Auction company will be liquidating Adventure Crossing of roller coasters, video games, go-karts, tables, chairs, fixtures and more.
Pictures are available on line at SunsetAuctionCompany.com and the Auction will take place at the Auction company at 1449 Washington Road in Thomson.
Mark Ross, owner of Putt Putt, already purchased some video games and kitchen equipment once it was announced Adventure Crossing was closing.
Adventure Crossing closed in 2016 after replacing “Funsville” many years ago with an $8 million investment in the property and attractions. The buzz is the owners of Adventure Crossing got a good offer for the land. No word yet on what the property will become.

AUCTION #2 Brown’s Feed and Seed
Brown’s Feed and Seed was one of the first businesses in Evans when it opened 40 years ago. Saturday at 10am it will be all gone..
All fixtures, advertising signs, industrial products, feed, supplies, containers and everything that has been hanging from the ceiling for those years, along with hundreds of items that will be added from the Brown Estate & Family. This will be an absolute auction and everything will be sold. Plan now to attend this once in a lifetime sale and buy a piece of history from Augusta, GA.
Preview will take place on Friday, April 21 from noon till 7 p.m. and the auction will start at 10 a.m. on Saturday, April 22.at Brown Feed & Seed. All items must be removed the day of sale. Special arrangements can be made on larger industrial items and 40 -ft. containers.
