Gary’s Hamburgers to close one location, open another

April 19, 2017|

Garys-hamburgers-north-augusta-scGary’s Hamburgers is closing its Graniteville location and opening another on Belair Road.

ClarionSouth Communications does the PR for Gary’s Hamburgers and says the Graniteville location closed recently due to the inability to find long term employees, which ultimately impacted profitability.

The goal is for the Belair Road location to open in late May. Gary’s Hamburgers has been working closely with Columbia County on permitting and regulations. Formerly, the building was occupied by Wife Saver, prior to their brand opening in Grovetown.

Gary’s Hamburgers has four other locations currently open in Martinez, West Augusta, North Augusta and Johnston.

My husband and I tried to eat there a couple of weeks ago. The problem is no parking. All of the parking for the convenience store and no where for anybody trying to get to Gary’s had no where to park. I do wish Gary would consider putting one out here at Exit 5 in NASC.
