The longtime owner of Top Shelf Cigars is moving from Park Place by Taylor BMW on Washington Road to a stand alone shop, that used to be a salon–next to Mott’s BBQ on Columbia Road.

This is the second move for Top Shelf. It had been in the Publix Plaza for many years on the 4200 block of Washington Road in Evans.

In both cases, fellow tenants complained to the owner and to the landlords about the cigar smell–and were never happy with any type of ventilation system he had.
